Sometimes you just know: things need to change.
Not because they’re broken, but because they can be better. Smarter. Leaner. Faster. With more room for curiosity, guts, and focus. That’s why we started Breach.
To build something we truly believe in.
What is Breach?
Breach is a venture lab for micro-SaaS. Not an agency, not an incubator, not a VC. Just a compact pressure cooker. We build small, profitable software businesses that solve real problems. It all starts with one simple question: where is untapped potential hiding?
From there, we rapidly build prototypes, validate whether people actually want them, and only scale what works. Kill fast, build lean.
Why now?
Over the past years, we’ve built dozens of digital products for other companies. With love. But we also noticed: the gap between our work and the actual user problem kept growing. The world moves faster than most decision-making can keep up with.
At the same time, AI gave us superpowers as makers. What used to take months now takes days. The only question is: what will you use that speed for?
Our choice: building ventures that stay close to the problem.
How do we work?
We created principles that guide everything we do.
We work with a small team on multiple ideas at once. Only the ones with traction survive. No emotional attachment, no endless meetings. Just progress.
To make this work, we built an internal playbook based on our own experience.
And we don’t grow alone, we work with runners. What’s a runner? Someone who believes in something and is willing to chase it.
- We give runners with strong ideas (read: real problems) a head start, backed by our handbook.
- Once traction kicks in, a dedicated runner picks it up and builds it further with support from our playbook.
What’s coming?
In the first few weeks, we’ll focus on setting up a roadmap, building, and sharing. Expect short blog posts about our process, our experiments, our wins and our fuck-ups. Transparent, because we believe in openness and feedback.
We’re kicking off with two ventures:
Qaires, a smart survey generator for UX and research teams.
EAA Scan, a compliance tool for the upcoming European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Both are in active development. We’re testing, measuring, learning.
Excited? So are we.
